
Lillian Nader, M.Ed., is a playwright, author, and a retired special education teacher who loves having more time for writing.
Currently, her full-length play, Pandora the Musical, is in development. Her vision for the play involves a diverse and inclusive cast and the fun of taking liberties with Greek mythology in a modern musical comedy.
Lillian’s comedic holiday play, Blue Hair & Rap, was performed at Stage Door Repertory Theatre in Anaheim and at Leo Rising Theatre in Hollywood. The Sharmyn Show debuted at Stage Door Repertory Theatre in Anaheim, CA in 2021. She has published five of her short plays in the New Voices Playwright Theatre anthologies.
Her book, Theep and Thorpe: Adventures in Space, is a science fiction novel for young readers. She is a contributor and editor of Muse & Ink: Soul Expressions Through Writing by Heather Rivera. Lillian also enjoys writing poetry, especially haiku. She has published poems in the Arts of Poetry magazine.
Lillian grew up in East Texas before relocating to Southern California. She is an active member of the New Voices Playwright Theatre group and the Orange County Playwrights Alliance. As a resident of Laguna Woods Village, she enjoys an abundance of theater clubs and activities. By staying active in community events, her life is exciting and fulfilling.
